1952-59 Ford Front E brake cable

Hello Can anyone tell me if a 1950 Lincoln Metropolitan front Ebrake cable will work on a 1950 Ford sedan 4dr. It is 1/2 an inch longer but I don't know if the ends are the same. I have not been able to find the 50 Ford cable replacement but found the Lincoln one in the southern states but am not able to view it to see if the ends are the same. I do not want to purchase it until I am sure I can make it fit Thx

 

I got mine for the '57 from Dennis Carpenter. Have you checked with them...seems like it should be an easy part to find.
