343? I figured he could find a way to build a "301" to match Scotts "289". You know, to keep it even

Not sure I understand the big secret about ones engine size.
For me I am going to brag about every damn cubic inch I build.
And my next one is going to be a 460 cubic inches of race gas snortin 1965 409 truck block with a 427 Chevy crank topped of with a pair of 583 heads.
You will have to stay tuned (up) in for the rest of the fixin's

If money's no object a soch 427 would fit nicely. Lol. However one of them new fangled coyote motors would be sweet! Or do what we did. Junk yard 5.0 out of a mustang or explorer would get ya playing!!!

I think reduction of engine size evolved because of the Canadian exchange rate. :D

I went 10.53 @ 127.44 with a single carb on pump gas, and 12 year old slicks.., what did you run with 2 carbs and a blower.., I can't remember. Maybe you should let Marc drive the Okie Doker, probably pick it up a couple tenths, and have its first reaction time under 1 second.

  26. image.jpeg This is what happens to blown 57 Chevy's when I'm on the gas. Judging by this guys reaction time, he musta went to the Giraffe School of Dark Green.

Another one to watch will be Bigslim55 with the new engine.

Also want to see a full hard pass on Scarelane  that thing just zips through the gears.

Saltys 460 W motor putting lots of air under them front wheels.

2017 should be a good time.:)
