Looking good, I always seem to buy/build the tool I need after I don't need it anymore and then complain about how much easier it would have been if I'd just got the tool to start with lol.

Looking forward to seeing what you do with these :)

Getting it all figured out! Just need to make spring mounts and foot pedals then weld it all up. Happy new year HAMBers!

I'm hoping this will help someone looking for details on how to build one. I couldn't find anything to help me. It's actually not to hard to make. I tried to show details and that I only bought the springs. I'm making a video on YouTube search "RY TANG"

Just a thought, maybe take some square tubing and use it to make the rear wheels on your english wheel/shrinker/stretcher stand a little more stable? Looks good.

  8. Now that's a weapon worthy of a full custom paint job.
Any plans for some bitchin art work?

I thought about a cool paint job, but I'm tired of messing with it... Probably just yellow. That way I only have to paint part of it... Plus getting the yellow powder coat off sucks!

Really like this, I've been wondering where to mount my shrinker/stretchers.
Thanks, now I have another project

I always used the bolt through method of making tabs too, Gumby.jpg but I found that if I used a couple of large washers as guides they didn't come out with uneven Gumby heads.

  14. My metal supply carries tabs like that, as well as triangular gussets and other goodies for steel fences (note that I do not call them "wrought iron" since they are not). I always grab a fistfull whenever I'm there. Saves a lot of time when building stuff. I can spend hours making these things or pennies buying them

Nice, I have been putting off getting one of the English wheels but I might need to speed up my plans.

I'm ok everyone! I've been really really busy at work and traveling. I've been in the garage a little bit, but I've been making a new coffee table lol. I figured no one wants to see that. I will be getting back on the car soon!! Up next is molding the rear bumper sides.
