Could I see what my Packard would look like with some late 50's or early 60's style flames in the white lower cove parts? Maybe also on the tops of the rear quarters? The flames would have to be the same blue color as the main body. I'd also like to see the home made side pipes swapped out for store-bought single tip lake pipes, and maybe some Fiesta/Lancer or some other more custom looking caps.

I used the earlier Photoshop work on this car as a guide for what I've done so far, it's been very useful. It's definitely getting there, but I feel like it could be just a bit more custom.

Hey guys, can you take those last two "lettered" versions of Bill's Willys, and add the slotted wheels from the steel one, that was posted earlier? Thanks much!!!

Here's a quick version. I suck at flames.

    Thanks Madfish and theMoose!

I think I'm sold on the pipes and the change of caps. Seeing the flames instead of imagining them, I think they don't work on the car, but that's why we do this, right? The visualization is much appreciated.

When the thread gets old and the pictures "go away" the whole darn thread sucks. !!!MO

When the pictures stop, my opinion: the thread SHOULD STOP, Waste my valuable time when pictures are gone.
I then learn nuthin' but blubbering...

Another HAMBer is building a '35 Ford 1-ton panel panel delivery for his wife to use as a paint delivery van.

She has told him that she wants the main body to be purple with white fenders. I also wonder how it would look with the colors reversed. I'd also suggest that the grille bars be the same color as the fenders (in each respective version).

Can one of you artists HAMB-ify this panel (not theirs) using these images? Radirs and whitewalls with a lowered stance would be one way to go.

Thanks, in advance, for your help.

Can any of you awesome, lads (or lady's)
    Maybe clean this up
    So it's read-able?

And it only needs to be half decent and readable.

    Thanks in advance!

    Re-thinking the model A sedan. ( Let's hope the traditional police don't blow a gasket )

  15. Looks good to me madfish...If the guys back in the day couldn't use their artistic vision and ability there would be no traditional hot rods today , just old worn out family sedans. It's easy to lose site of the fact we are not building real cars here but only trying different ideas and concepts to see what might work. Most often posters will reply that an off the wall idea looks like crap and move on to something that works better....Isn't that what this thread is supposed to be all about????

I'm with you Moose. This is all about artistic expression not paint by number. I'll take your opinion any time.
Unlike other threads this seems to be a good group of people who actually enjoy the work, the effort and appreciate
off the wall humor. Let's hope we can keep it that way.

James, you da man. You're probably the only person on this site that would recognize the Bentley Blue Train influence.
    Happy New Year!

Now that is a gangster look that appeals to a side of me with a look that I don't usually care for.

Any chance you could try a set of Keystone Kustomags (or klassics) with redline tires? Also giving some thought to slot mags. Thanks for all your efforts.
