I love them, I had a rose and peony garden at our farm in Oregon City. Abraham Darby are my favorites, and I always have to go in May/June just to wander around and smell their roses.

 

Roosevelt HS, Virginia, MN 1938. Can anyone ID this big sedan? The closest guess I have is '30 Chrysler Series 66.

 

1930 Plymouth. The split sets of hood louvers and no cowl lamps are the giveaways.

 

My wife is good at planting roses...........and digging them up again when they croak !

Portland, Oregon. 11th and Division SE or 2520 SE 11th. Ford assembled Model 'T's' there, then Model 'A's', and finally V-8 Ford Vehicles and closed in 1940 with WW II threatening. Still a Wonderful Building. Then photo Portland Oregonian, Now photo Google Street
