Technical Tech week(s)

Hot rodding ,to me ,means actually building or repairing something. To some i guess its driving a car/truck. To others its sitting at a computer and collecting magazines.

I enjoy the hamb and would rather spend my "alliance" money supporting tech week. It can only make the hamb a better place to be for everyone.

I'm in for 50$ u.s. prize money. Anyone else?

When should it start and finish?

Im pretty sure the last couple were done independent of admin. Maybe you should put up some cash prize money

 

I'm sure Ryan would be glad to let him sponsor a tech week,but I believe it is also up to Ryan as to when to do a tech week,It has been a while.

Yes i have a 32 pedal alternative in mind.
it takes time so if we plan for February or even March more will participate. Maybe a rule that it doesn't have to be done in the week time slot but has to be posted for tech week only.

 

I will sponsor a $300 spray gun for 1st place and a $75 spray gun for 2nd and 3rd.

We did get Ryan's blessing for a gr*** roots effort. Actually he was preoccupied with other issues at that time and could not help, not even sure if he could vote. There was some awesome tech submitted and great prizes offered up by members that formed a pretty neat pot of really diverse and unique items. Collectively it was a fantastic event by the Hamb members and for the Hamb members void of any major advertising. They were offered to participate but opted out due to a lack of promotion.

 

What ever happened to all the old tech threads. Maybe I'm stupid but I can't seem to find them anymore.

There used to be a "Tech archive" but it is no longer. So the great tech is mixed in with the "what color" and mirror muff type posts.
You can browse the entry's by typing "tech week" or "tech week entries" or "tech week winners" and that should bring them up. I miss the archives

 

Too bad the tech archives were the best.
