So I've been on the hunt for a bunch of parts so progress has been slow ! So I started digging on the quarter panel ( not as bad as I originally thought ) also finally got my legacy plates ! !!
So looks like I will finally getting some time to get going on the 54 ! Can't wait to get going on it !!!
So it's been a while I finally started working on this junk earlier this week ! Hope to get the headlights frenched and the grill done soon !!
Lil bit of a change since the beginning ! Would also like to do chrome reversed wheels and 6.70 bias plys whites
So I put the narrowed grill in it for now , pulled the bumper gaurds off the rear and added 1956 Plymouth caps to it !!
Made a little progress , need to fix the fender and the splash apron before I continue with the grill !!
So my car was part of the Modesto Rod and Custom , Cars & coffee this past weekend ! We started 2 chops for all to see on a 53 Chevy and my 54 ford ! Decided to go 4" on the chop and the Plymouth back window is getting ditched ( to flat ) for a shoebox back glass !
Been out of town since last week but should have more pics over the next few weeks , here are a few I snapped before I left !!
Pulled it outside for the cars and Coffee event we had at the shop yesterday ! Really happy how this is going so far , getting ready to get the back window and sail panels sorted out this week !!
