IMG_3883.JPG so I've read up on caster angles and most agree that 7 degrees is about right. After much heating / beating /bending, I've got my crossmember about right but my axle doesn't line up with the transmission at all? I could use some suggestions here. Thanks

You need to bend the transmission mount now to match.

I feel the rear will track perfectly but the steering maybe a little hard. I suggest an 18" steering wheel.

  8. Adding an 18" steering wheel will require the lowering of the seat to gain clearance which will then require lowering of the floor which will result in the need to re-bend the transmission mount...Catch 22

  12. It'll work...just heat up the torque tube and bend it...you may need a big piece of pipe on it...but it'll go!

You made negative caster, should have been positive. Bend it the other way, it'll be fine.

No need to bend the torque tube, just heat and bend the spring.

That looks like it had the rear end chained to a post alignment/caster adjustment process done to it...

Thanks for the valuable input guys! I think SheepDips's solution is probably the most do-able, HaHa.
And yes, I would like to know the story on how it got twisted. It would take a Ton of force to roll it like that. Luckily the rest is absolutely arrow-straight, so it's going under my little roadster.
