This is a new one for me.

I've seen this before and I know that the majority of time someone is trying to reply to a cl***ified ad.

I got this today when I was trying to edit my own post to add a photo,Since when did we loose permission to preform simple edits? HRP

The following error occurred:
You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

 

The app didn't let me post in the cl***ifieds yesterday. But I think you knew the app has it's own issues. I posted on the desktop site no problem just a few minutes ago.

 

My problem doesn't have anything to do with the app,I'm on my laptop. HRP

 

Yeah,I see where your going Cob,I should have said I am accessing the internet from my laptop. HRP

 

I've been getting similar errors (on the phone app) for weeks.

I don't think you've ever been able to post a cl***ified ad from the mobile app. Desktop, laptop or mobile browser only.

 

I was told u can't use an iPad or iPhone u half to use a desk top or laptop if u want to respond to the cl***ifieds and then u half to click on the avatar or picture of the seller then his profile comes up along with a tab that lets u ask them questions I tried it and it works no matter if I'm on my laptop or iPad just saying, HRH

I am still having problems uploading from my PC

I've logged off and back on,I've deleted cookies and cussed,none of the afore mentioned actions have had the desired results! HRP

 

PS I have not tried to post anything in the cl***ifieds for sale so that part might not work but I can respond to any add in the for sale sections now without issues hrh

I think the only way to reply to a cl***ified ad post is if you are the original poster. All communications between buyers and sellers is done by Private Messaging, or "Starting a Conversation" as it's called around these parts.

 

I still can't start a new thread in parts for sale or wanted (with the phone app).
