That's correct but SS trim was available on any Impala body style except the wagons. Dealers could install the trim to make the cars more attractive.

As an avid fan , I noticed Mathews can get anywhere in 15 minutes! During the series Broderick Crawford lost his drivers license for DUI. In some episodes he's a passenger, only drives on private property.He seems snockered in a lot of 'em as well, but never misses a line.
