Not sure about the coil in the circle but the lines in a triangle usually represent a ground.

 

If you are talking about the 3 lines they indicate a ground.

 

Heater element then ground? Block heater maybe?

It's a light bulb.

Wow.... Mr. Kerbel my senior year instructor in general electricity class would be proud. I recognized the light bulb symbol immediately. That was 40 yrs ago...damn!

 

Dang even I knew that! They taught it both years I was a senior.

 

In Ks it's mandatory to take 6 years of high school. I took 8 and still flunked.
