From my experience way over priced. Mine was $1000 with ***le, sheet metal only. I also picked one up last year for $2500 with ***le. Both had minor rust. A friend of mine just had to have the last one so I flipped it for $3500. Point is this good stuff is still out there. Keep looking and talking to guys. The last one I found on Craigslist. Big thing for me is paperwork, first thing I do on any project is get a clear ***le in my name.

  3. Saw a nice cab/project today! Pulled into a gas station and parked next to a pick-up and trailer with an Isuzu ch***is, a ***mins 6bt, and a very clean rust free early 40s Mack coe cab and front sheet metal. Talked with the driver for a moment, thought he was local, then as I was leaving, saw the truck had Arizona plates, but the sheet metal certainly didn't look like it was from Wisconsin.

  7. Way to open a question. But they are wanting too much. Where is the back half. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think those things make really cool rides and you don't see a lot of them which is a good and bad thing. 4500 would be pushing it.

  9. Now for the $64,000 question, is it what you want? I would want someplace to haul a couple suitcases under cover, rains up here in Wisconsin.

The color and the stance and interior is exactly what I want. Not totally sure I'm sold on the flat bed yet, but I really like the look of the wood sides.

If it floats your boat check it out, if it's road worthy drive it and figure out if it's a keeper.
