    Thanks! should be taking shape now. get it back from the blaster next sat. then on to the body work.

    body sand blasted and now in epoxy

    made some bracing for the visor to make sure it doesnt flop in the wind

    tacked the drip rails on from the inside, then filled all the holes with panel bond

    I am seeking inside rear side upper window frames, are you going to use yours, or can I purchase them from you? Anybody? 28-29 ford tudor?

    I like using the installation board, a great way to get create a visible form without spending a fortune. A shape can be made, cut, sanded, glued, modified to get the desired result. Several thickness are available at Home Depot. The draw back is the mess it creates!

    yeah i loved the gauges when i saw them. classic instruments does a nice job. a little spendy but i think they will look great in the car!

    I know I'm 2 years to late, but what an awesome chop!
    Every thing about this car is cool. I really like the chassis and the demister setup.
    It will be a great driver with nice suspension and the 5 spd. Keep up the good work.

    Here is the new grill insert, i didnt like the other one
    1/4 stainless
    filled with wax

    flattened on a press brake almost all the way
    [​IMG]
    stainless bent at 90* then punched at .5 with a die and mounted on a stud to the grill
    [​IMG]

    here they are all 35 tubes set in place
