    Disclaimers like that are not enforceable in the case of serious injuries. A decent plaintiff's attorney can overcome that. On the other hand, wage garnishments for years like that are ridiculous. A decent defense attorney could have come up with a better solution than that.

    Not sure on the disclaimer but they took him to court and he lost and has been paying since. Don't know what advice his lawyer gave him or how much he is paying.
