I used to own the car in the 70's sold it to my brother in law and he sold it to the present owner who has taken very good care of it. Original 51 Caddy Tudor Hardtop unrestored. A group of us drove our cars to Moonshine, Illinois on Tuesday for lunch. It was a 300 mile round trip. Moonshine, population 2, is an unincorporated wide spot in the road featuring a 1910ish old grocery store that serves lunch from the grill featuring "Moon Burgers" which are very large, greasy and tasty burgers. They draw crowds from far and wide who get there early because the grill shuts down promptly at 1:00. If you're late, no burger for you. It's a popular site for motorcycle runs. In April of this year the St. Louis Shriners made a road trip and over 3600 Moon Burgers were sold that day. It was a fun day.

 

I have wasted a whole bunch of time right there in the spot that you are parked
It sure was fun though...
