    Notice the rear door and what you can't see on it - a door handle. They had suicide doors!

    President Trumans below. Some refer to it as 49, others say its a 1950. He had 2 of them.

  17. EDIT: Hands-down, when the 1962 Grand Prix came out, I thought it was the most beautiful automobile on the face of the planet. I've had at least one of every model year right through 1967.

    Was in San Francisco on business and got talking with my cab driver. He owned his own cab and said to survive owning your own cab in SF, you had to do your own maintenance. He said he has to replace his brakes monthly and rebuild his transmission every six months!
