My buddy relayed this to me, and I'm trying to visualize it as a '55 another bud has.

I've been thinking about painting my truck (body, radiator grill and bed) in the future, i would like to see it in the same blue of the engine with the white stripe on the cab and in dark green with a wheel color stripe

 

At the end of this year this is finally going to come off the road (now I've got another toy) to get the body and paint done. Over the years you boys have done me some great colours on it but now its time to make a decision I'm open to suggestions, please help lads as I really am having trouble fiquring this one out. Heres a couple of pics

Anyone want to take a crack at this one? I'd like to see it with 15" chrome reverse and with some Vintage 15" Torque Thrusts. Also with some chrome headlight bezels and a little rubber rake added.

Just messing, it's a genuine 28k miles with full do***ented history, so the only things I will be doing will be very mild (visor, skirts,etc)

One from a couple of years back.These are cool little cars. Another one that nobody has yet really done justice too as a custom. You´re lucky to find one of those in such good shape. Aussie import?

 

No, English through and through I've got it to take the place of the 38 for next years runs, as I'm spending next year doing body and paint (if I can come up with a colour I like). trouble is the daughter has claimed it for her first car so it looks like I will have to hang onto it when the rods done. (looks like I won't be getting onto building that Somerset anytime soon)
Must admit I do like your pic of the 57 that's how Vauxhall should have shaped them

 

Nice score. Not that you really need to go nuts on these. Just lowered and cleaned up they look great.
