    My avatar had a .030 over 1970 Ford 429, top loader 4 speed, 9 inch with 3:73s and fiberglass front clip. It was pretty fast, passed everything but a gas station...:D

    keep the fenders. even bad fenders are better than no fenders on this particular truck.

    Go for the Fenders Gene! I have 1939 big truck fenders... I wish that I had 1/2 ton fenders to offer...

    I just bought the full fendered truck a couple weeks ago. The fenders on the side the picture was taken of are in great condition compared to both fenders on the other side. I also have a pair of big truck front fenders here, but they are in worse shape then any of the 1/2 ton fenders. Gene
