Nice 36, looks great. Good background also. I believe the Queen Mary was built in 35?

Thank you. Our whole crew deserves the credit. Most if not all of us had a hand in this car somewhere. Just for reference, this is what we started with, so we've put a lot of sweat and love into that car.

    Thanks!
Yea, we had to take advantage of that photo op.
I'm not sure off hand when the Queen Mary was built, I'll have to look it up.

  8. Holy cow, cretin, that's impressive. Did you all do a build thread on it?

    Thank you nitrobrother.
No, there is no build thread on it, I might be able to dig up some construction photos, but I wouldn't want to clog up this thread with those.

No matter what you started with you and your crew did a stellar job but yeah thats a pile 'O' parts there to make the journey a tad more challenging. Been a great number of incredible transformations on the theatre of Hotrod/Custom here at the Hamb. Love the front row seats.

Most likely because they were posted through PhotoBucket, which used to be a free photo hosting site. PB has since started charging what many feel to be a huge fee, so many people have dropped their accounts and when they did, the photos no longer appear where they were posted.

Mine is back on the road now after the running gear was rebuilt - it now sports a built 59AB and a '39 box, the rear end was built using 3.54 gears as well. Its also had a new original style wiring loom put in it too as the old one was frayed through to the bare wires.

My dad's 35. She's a little OT but it doesn't really show in this pic. I call her "The Inheritance." She's currently down to pretty much bare metal for a repaint.[IMG]

Here is my buddies roadster here in Tasmania-had it in storage for over 30 years when I first met him-he blames me for getting the enthusiasm to finish it-unfortunately illness and old age has prevented him from driving it more than just a couple of times....

^^^ Maybe my favorite 36 roadster of all time. Those fenders and running boards are so unique but classic.
