I met you going south in Rapid City last weekend right close to Sturdavent (sp) auto parts. Great looking car. Am in the process of bringing a 60s 33 Roadster back to the street
Hey AARestor . . . am in the Hills for the next week or so . . . have been coming here to see and hang out with my extended family my whole life. Currently I'm up at the ranch - off of 385 out by the old Boondocks. Anyway, would love to come down and see you and your car? If that is okay with you, what days/times are good at the shop? If you're too busy, not a problem . . . I completely understand. I have a 34 roadster as well (stored and waiting for "it's turn"). There are not that many of these around - so it is always fun to see how others have built them. I'm going to finally use a set of original Ardun heads that I have -- will probably build a blown Ardun for it . . . have always wanted one of those on the street. Let me know and take care. Dale
Stop by anytime. I am here between 7AM and 6PM most every day, unless I am at lunch. I will be leaving for the Hotrod Hill Climb on Thursday the 14th. Looking forward to seeing you. Gene
That looks great! I won't make the hillclimb this year, but I'm sure it'll be a great turnout and you'll have a blast!
No, but it would make a great tow vehicle. Have not been to B-ville the last couple of years but the last time I was there he hurt the engine. Haven't heard how he has done lately. Nice car and great people.
Hey we passed you and another roadster on the I 25 just out of Cheyenne today! We were the guys taking photos.
Got home from the hill climb and had a great time. Put right at a 1000 miles on it and just had a fuel filter problem which I solved easily.
The one next to me belongs to my friend Randy Gribble of Watertown SD. He has had that car for 20 plus years and drives the hell out of it.
