Thought about this one this morning. Specifically, the wheel/tire combo for a daydream project I'm trying to keep at bay while at work... Any update? I'm hoping the health issue has not become an issue again.
It still sits. Majority of the cab metal work is done. The next step is to finish bracing the cab with it mounted to the chassis, and that was sidelined when I picked up the '39 convertible and then... in April... is was sideline further when we won a local '66 Barracuda in the raffle at the Roundup that led to a backyard carport remodel project to give me additional work space. However, I'll be back on it ASAP!
Don't ya just HATE when you WIN a car?! Jeez. Of all the people it could happen to... Glad to hear all is well and that you'll be back on the RPU soon. Looking forward to any updates. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
HA! It's a cool little car, too... and with the local story behind it, I'm motivated to make progress on it pretty quick. The stuck Slant 6 and 3-spd are out, and a 318/904 combo are getting ready to drop in!
