Projects 1929 Chevrolet Speedster

    I found this 1929 Chevrolet truck in France, thought I build a Speedster out of this.
    Seems to be all there.

    I just have a couple of question, being that a Chevrolet truck from the late 20's is very rare here in Europe and that finding an other car for parts is slim to nothing.
    How is this in the US? Where is a good place to find parts for these online and is there an adress for new parts? Like pistons, rings, headgaskets, brake Parts etc.

    As far as parts are concerned, www.rockauto.com is a good place to check. They may not have everything, but what they do have is always quite reasonable. www.kanter.com is another place to check. They should have some stuff for you as well. Then there is always Summit, Jegs and eBay. Good luck!

    Great Find. I know this is a car forum . That is a cool house behind the truck .

    Thanks alot! Did not realise that there was still this much available for these trucks
    The truck is very close to Austria, pretty much typical houses for that region.
