It's been a long time building this roadster. After my divorce I needed to get my mind off of bad things that just seemed to keep coming, so when I came across this roadster I offered up a trade and got a pinched 32 ASC frame built by dirtys speed shop and the 27 roadster body. I'm a poor single dad of a beautiful 7 year old, so money has been tight, I've compromised a little here and there to get to this point, but overall I'm happy. This has been a challenge, and by no means is thing perfect, I wouldn't be here without the help of my friend and club brother and now we are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. Hope the videos work?

That quick little smile in the first video says it all. Congrats on a cool ride. Now drive the fool out of it and keep making the small improvements as you can. I'd roll it as is myself. :)

Very cool! Nice looking and good sounding flathead. Hope it makes the ex jealous!

Could you post a couple of pics of the throttle inside of the rod? I'm looking for ideas.

The first drive. There's nothing like that feeling. Good job buddy!

    Trading a wife for a roadster....some would say that's a good trade!

I don't see too many compromises brother! Awesome work under some very tough circumstances. You should be proud.

  30. Good for you man! @ChuckleHead_Al I did the same thing after my divorce. My Boys are now 13 and 10 and with me full time. the 3 of us live and breathe hotrods. We have built some great stuff together and it really made all the hard times easier. The roadster looks killer!
