  2. I talked to the owner of this one several years ago about how he did the extended body lines on the camper. Bondo and a special shaped trowel, pretty crude, but he was happy with it.

    It looks like it should have been built as a delivery with cab and back all as one.

    It looks like it should have been built as a delivery with cab and back all as one.

    That was my first reaction also, but then the design quickly grew on me. Similar idea to my truck in its original form with a separate Coca Cola box on the back.

    Pretty cool in paint.

    Agreeing with that sentiment! Dang... simply too many great old vehicles out there that would be making our roads a great deal classier if they were still rolling. Simply transporting it home my direction would be a major cost factor though.

  24. That flattish paint look is growing on me, although it might be a****** to get bugs off of it. Anyone know if is like primer in that respect?

    Yeah it*****s to try to keep it clean. Everything sticks worse because it's not as smooth as glossy paint. Can't really wax it either...
