Went to the local 'amusement park' again today. Found a nice pair of bucket seats out of a '67 Cougar for my '64 Comet. Also spotted this gem nestled deep in the pickerbushes. Looks like a '53 or '54 Hudson Jet. With a connie kit

 

I Have no idea how old this is but it is chain driven - been sitting in this spot for over 30 years

 

I think I left it there last month. See if my ham on rye is in the back seat!

 

...can anyone ID this lil van,...think it's foreign,..no name or markings on it, smaller than a VW bus...neat tho...

No, its a Thames. They had a 4 cylinder motor mounted between the seats and they were very unstable. JW

 

yup, it has a inline 4 cyl. mounted between the seats under a doghouse cover,...radiator is only about a foot wide,..thanks,...here's a pic I found of a 1960 Thames
