What a setup, especially for the 60's. I'd love to have an older ramp truck, and to think that ramp truck was probably turned into scrap years ago. Instead, I'm rebuilding a a trailer I bought from a guy who left it under some pine trees for many years; it's in good shape, just neglected. I am Butch/56sedandelivery.

Here's my current project. Had it for almost 2 years and progress has been slow but starting to pick up some steam now....It's getting the long doors from a 2 door sedan put on it. Oh...and the chop was botched by the previous owner....not me! I think I can fix it up though....

Worked like a dog to get this '48 sandblasted and primer ahead of back surgery. During recovery and not able to work the car became a albatross and sold it thinking I would never be able to do the work required. I was wrong but the car went to a good home. Looking very closely at the bed, in particular the wheel stops and the rear "fenders/lip", I wonder IF this could be the SAME ramp truck, or at least from the same manufacturer? Now, If it was on THIS coast..........................................

  24. Not sure if you want to see project photos or not, but here's the mess I'm piecing back together. I've been collecting parts for a while. It needs floors, rockers, lower quarters, etc.

  29. The color shot with Cragars appears to sit a little higher in front than B&W pics. No fenderwell header showing either, possibly the engine is out? I'd like to see a color shot of the car with the chrome wheels, and unusual caps on them.
