Projects Kustom From Outer Space..France calling.

Discussion in 'Traditional Customs' started by Ratatouille, Sep 3, 2014.

  1. Merry Christmas, Rat! Thanks for keeping us all entertained and demonstrating to us that our excuses for a lack of progress may be just that, excuses. You have persevered with your custom in spite of some significant challenges. Very well done!

;););)Almost KoolKat-57, French is very hard to learn, is you say "Joyaux" in French, you mean "Jewels".....the correct word is "Joyeux" means "Happy".....So, "Joyeux Noel" to you too :):):):)
    But sometimes words are useless;)

Let's go for 2018....Originaly, the floor was flat, but now there is a drive shaft tunnel, the 1966 Plymouth console doesn't fit anymore.....too high, too long.....:(
    [IMG]

It's always a risk to modify nice part (and rare for me like this Baraccuda part), but custom is a life style, so....console chop party time:)

I have reduce everything, it need adjust, but it's gonna be alright....test in car before finishing the work, cool, I can engage all gearbox speeds, shifter is ok.
Next step, assembly the console, and bolt everything on tunnel, remove again, and new carpet.

Its fearlessness and creativity like this that keeps me looking forward to your progress reports. This has to be one of the coolest threads on the HAMB.

Hello guys, no news, because I have no money to buy the rest of missing parts (no job:( and France is like the Titanic!!!), but the real problem is with my car park outside and about 1 month, it's too cold, and no possibility to work on the car.....I don't know if I can finish my car this year, I need to work on a lot of things, the paint is hurt by other car:confused: and bad weather with no protection...well, it's a long way to the top if you wanna Rock 'n' Roll;);););).

    Thanks Lowcoe,
I do not know if one day I'll get a foot on the American soil, but this day will be for me like Amstrong walking on the moon! My dream.
My Fregate is for me a way to communicate with cool guys, and share with you my story. I try to do my best to finish the car....in 15 days in San Diego?...no, 15 years in south of France;).

After that, i paint the car in red, and i build my own rocket with packing carton boxes;););););););););););):):):)
