Projects buying an ole can a beans:my 29 ford

Discussion in 'Traditional Hot Rods' started by Austin kays, Jan 13, 2018.

  1. Well I would take another '39 Merc hood in trade. LOL

I am starting a separate thread now, I don't want to clutter up the Kid's thread. Keep it clean and keep it traditional. Austin is going to be way kinder to the A bone than I ever would have been. He's got it lined out well so far and I got an idea this is going to be fun to watch. ;)

Looks like a pretty cool project. I just sent mine off to a new home today. What is written all over the cab of the car? Any way to take a pic of the whole wording?

  24. No one will even notice, they are going to be watching the flatty powered A bone. When we line up they are all going to look at the Little Can of Beans © and say, "Well that's just the ******, lets see what this A is all about."

That 21 stud is ***s man. A little harder to find go fast parts for (go fast being relative) but its not your common belly ****on flathead. No one has one and they were the real deal early on. There is a trick or two that we can do to help it, it'll never be a 700 horse behemoth but its just freaking rad man.

I'm happy for you, you are making my old can of beans what it should be.

  27. There may be a starter in my stuff and I don't doubt that we can come up with a carb somewhere. ;)

We'll have to roll some stuff out so we can get to that closet, that is where we keep the flathead relevant stuff. OMG I'm a closet flathead man.:D.
