I've commented on this picture before. I now have a 56 Pontiac hardtop and I had that exact same pedal car though mine wasn't two tone.

Is this color photo an early version of Fred Castro's Ford powered T from the San Diego Prowlers? It was/is one of the best daily driven T roadsters around. Show quality, but driven to all So Cal events, from the late 60s to the present times.

Can anyone supply some information about this picture that swi66 posted? Aside from the very cool rod, it looks like a Spartan sales lot in the background. My wife's parents bought a new Spartan back in 1952, in Colton CA. I know the chances are slim - but could this be Colton back in the day?
