    Flathead V8 blower intakes
I have just finished making my first production order of these intakes.

These intakes have been designed to have an adaptor plate bolted to the top of the intake enabling you to mount almost any blower on to it. Made of a high quality alloy heat treated and cnc machined. P1090100.JPG

    They look great, nice work.
But why no drilled and tapped holes for the fuel pump stand, or block off?

I doubt that a stock Flathead fuel pump would clear even a small 4-71 blower much less provide enough pressure to keep up with that level of power required. And it would be ugly.

Then why have the boss at all? The way it is, there would have to be some sort of cover or breather over that big ole' hole, so why not have a couple of threaded holes to bolt it on with? You can drill and tap your own, I suppose, but it seems kinda odd.
