Today was a big one I managed to get my motor and trans bolted together and the motors mounts moved foward about 6 inchs [emoji24] [emoji1] @porknbeaner was gonna sit on top of his motor where it use to sit! I'm not the radical of a guy so I moved it foward to a more modest postion lol. I can sit in her now and pretend make motor sounds ! Oh ya!!! [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

It’s been fun watching Austin progress. The car keeps getting firmer with every new weld, support or floor panel! It’s also kinda fun to watch that drivers side door go completely out of alignment and then boom! It’s back! Gotta love a model A :)

    Keep on trucking man

Are you cleaning your steel before you are doing your welds?

Yeah I'd rather be using gas but when they built them back then they just did it with what they had so guess I'm staying true to "tradition" since that's what we are all about here anyway [emoji6]

After a long day the new banjo is in. The rumor is the rearend is out of an old hot rod Model a coupe..... So out with my old in with the new old. The torque tube is in and bolted on. After a wrestling match with the rear leaf spring pack I hooked a ratchet strap too it and just pulled it in and boom! Fell right into place! [emoji3]so now time for a cross member and well be that much closer. Oh also got the headlight brackets bolted on but still missing a part toget the buckets on but makin progress :) might just see the ole thing this year at the HAMB drags [emoji3] received_10204434114088808.jpeg received_10204434110848727.jpeg 20180311_165901.jpg 20180311_165912.jpg received_10204434118048907.jpeg received_10204434117768900.jpeg 20180311_175915.jpg

  26. I am going to try and putz around a bit today. Got a couple of things that I absolutely have to do before I play with my own stuff again. Setting the motor is going to be an all day affair. Maybe all weekend, I got to get it just right. LOL
