Hot Rods Small temp gaugeDID I DREAM THIS???

Wasn't there a small water temp gauge that you could thread into the port on intake???
like 1- 1 1/2 " face.
Or did i dream this? Anyway i want one but can't find one. Is /was there such a thing??
Does anyone know where i can get one?Or am i still asleep???

 

My friend has one on his A with a sbc.....I believe it's a Moon gauge. It says "new" but he bought his in the 90's.

search "direct mount temp gauge" online. Many people sell them

 

Have two moon gauges on each side of my flathead.
Rarely ever look at them.
But always nice to have since a dash gauge only reads off of one bank.
I must be getting old. Haven’t had a wet dream for decades.

Bought a pair of Moon gauges from Flathead Jack for my flathead. They work great and look great also.

I had one in the left head on my flatty, decided to run two temp gauges and a sender in each head so I stuck it in the water pump for fun. Probably should have sold it. Better not leak.
