    Those were the days, rudestude!!!
    And no cut-off year for "Period Correctness". Customizing was more a matter of "stretching the envelope" than "staying in the lines". Different times, indeed!

    But there's an old story that says that there are two Angels left guarding the Gates of Eden.
    In other words, you really can't go back! ;)

    That's for sure "Mo" I have done things and built things in my life for the purpose of flipping my own trigger and didn't really care if it flips anyone elses... and at the same time not criticizing other people's ideas ,most of the time,on there what evers....and ideas....but that's not to say that I have never walked away from someone else's what ever silently shaking my head.....

    Although credited in the above article to Leon Tetlow, the '50 Olds was actually built by Robert Martinez.
    The original was scrapped, but later cloned by Gary Minor.
