Hi guys, though I had to comment even to keep the thread alive.

Would love to see some pictures of the '46 delivery that is the replacement for the Fat Jack Coupe, sporting the coupes original engine..

Like Stovebolt I have also followed the Fat Attack Cars from the other side of the world, since the 1980's. I wonder if Fat Jack was the cause of the "Fat Attack" tag name? Searching the web a decade ago returned very little results, so its great to see there is interest building about these historic hot rods.

I had a VHS a while back with nostalgia drags, I think the Pro Street cars were called the Wild Bunch? Among them was the Old Gold '39 Chevy (see links), which from memory was able to match it with the other "big time" hot rod builds *lol*

The Moreland Tudor had such an influence on me it is why I own my '39 sedan. Long live fat fenders!

Nice to hear from you Miguel! Thanks for thinking of my dad; I'll be spending Easter weekend with him & I'll tell him you said hello (& my older brother John, too, who I'll see sometime tomorrow).

As for the '46-'48 Ford pass. car parts you mentioned, Senor "Fat Jack" is semi-retired & arguably has more cars/parts than he has the time & energy to assemble or organize, let alone accumulate more. However, John & myself might be interested in your offer. When you have the time, send a private message to me with a general list of what you have in terms of quantity and part description (for example, 8 qty. 1946 Ford front fenders, two pairs of short doors, assortment of 1942-46 body stainless steel trim, two left side rear 1947-48 rear bumper mounting brackets, etc.) and/or take photographs of what you can & attach them to a private message via the H.A.M.B. for John and I to review. Too bad I didn't hear from you a couple weeks ago; we were at the BIG 3 swap meet on Friday. Well, thanks for dropping by Miguel & look forward to your response. Until then, have a tasty plate of machaca con huevos with warm corn tortillas for breakfast tomorrow for me! PRE48V-8\;^]
