A racing friend just woke this up from a 50 year indoor slumber, incredible.
The previous owner had taken it apart to hop it up, life got in the way, later he p***ed and after a few years the daughter decided to sell. received_1899403573411439.jpeg received_1899404013411395.jpeg FB_IMG_1526646171270.jpg FB_IMG_1526646179683.jpg FB_IMG_1526647130919.jpg FB_IMG_1526646185066.jpg FB_IMG_1526646212759.jpg FB_IMG_1526646216672.jpg FB_IMG_1526646228582.jpg FB_IMG_1526647149783.jpg FB_IMG_1526647153813.jpg FB_IMG_1526647157911.jpg

me too, the grille is what I spotted right away.

I keep telling friends that so many old rods are now coming out of half century of sleep

edit...the pic of the gas tank, what is the exhaust manifold? nailhead? or? I think it was a running rod way back then, with the firewall gashed and red axles?

It also looks like there is a late 50s Anglia there somewhere (at least in parts). Pic # 7.

Congrats on the great find! Sure don’t see to many in that shape anymore. Looks real complete, too!

Grill and curved louvers and lack of a "web" at the rear of the door windows...'33.

Holy hot rod bat man, unbelievable. You need to buy a lotto ticket now. I agree with 33. Curved grill, curved louvers in hood panels, door don't have the small rear web in the windows. Only thing I don't see is the rear lower flat panel. Someone said its enough to get him started on a new build............me to. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!

I just went back and looked at our messages and yes it's a 33 and he thinks the guy was going to install a nailhead in it, frame was stored outside so it needs work. Screenshot_20180518-161315_Messenger.jpg Screenshot_20180518-161344_Messenger.jpg Screenshot_20180518-161432_Messenger.jpg
