    Pretty sure I stopped there on the way to the Petersen Museum years ago and there is a Carls Jr. there now.

    I'm not sure which trip it was but I do remember one time some kooky artist had spread a bunch of big yellow umbrellas all over the hillsides through the Grapevine.

    That was Christo, he is world famous. Only problem was, one of those giant umbrellas broke lose in the wind, and
    killed someone. There were blue ones in Japan.....

    I do not know if I would want them to hook a chain to my bumper to pull the car through a car wash.

    Then your car would have remained dirty. That is how car washes all worked at the time. I don't recall any of our cars being damaged by the practice.

    Bumper bracket yes but not on the top of the bumper like in the picture,it would have been washed by hand before that would happen.

    It's a joke now... but how many lives would it save if it were a reality...? Just think... having to stop and plug-in your phone to text or complete a phone call.... Brilliant !!!
