White sure is a ***** to keep clean, but it looks so cool, Had a '64 Starfire with bone white guts and turquoise outside. Stunning color combo. This Chevy belongs to a close friend. Has not made an official debut anywhere. Well done, for sure!!

Finally got my interior done on my '40 p/u

 

For cleaning try the white Goop hand cleaner with lanolin . Make sure it does not have any grit in the formula. Works great on my white top, more than 10 yrs old now. I would love a source for white rubber floor mats. My Chrysler had them originally but they turned to dust and had to take them out. Now just have carpet with white vinyl edging. Also looking for some chrome, aluminum or stainless that can be used for door trim. Any suggestions?

This is a photo from the Hartford Autorama of Mr. Maroon. I found this car many years later in a barn near a friends house in Monroe CT. I ended up doing the car frame up. It had the stock A banger back in the 50's.
When I got it someone tried to put a V8 flathead in it but never saw the light of day again until I bought it.


The same guy that did the upholstery back in the day did the upholstery for me. Emil's in Stratford CT.

What color is the piping? Looks gold maybe?

I like the Roadster. what type of wheels and bolt pattern are they? are you still running original suspension? im curious as to what later wheels fit the original suspension if you happen to know?
