That's the problem. I cant decide which style to go with. Should I dump the rear more and raise the front some for a custom style slight tail down? Or just leave it like it is and drive the piss out of it? This all stems from the cost of bias ply tires that I know aren't going to balance out right and wont be round. I most likely will just bite the bullet and buy some firestone wide whites and keep the car like it is but I just needed to see what it could look like. These are great thank you!

I'd do it as a mild custom. Biggest change here are the Cadillac Sabre wheels and wide whites. Sabres are ridiculously expensive. But I'll bet you could find something similar from the 70s, then powder coat it for the look. 50 Ford Final.jpg

I've considered the custom route. The end game is a true daily driver. Not planning on touching the body other than rust repair. 289 auto and drive evraday

Sabre wheels are expensive to buy ( mine cost $1000 ) and they want $900 each to rechrome.
They do make a reproduction out of aluminum for around $300 a wheel.

  16. Ok guys lets see what you can do with mine please.
I'm thinking dark green bottom light green metal flake top skirts flush or bubble and wide whites and caps. And if you can do any thing with the nose bleed stance. Thanks HRP for giving me this link. P/S the wife wants to know what you can do with the last pic she has been looking at it for 24 years. LOL.
    Thanks. Keith.

I did the best I could with your face, but the car came out OK.

A little bit of wet sanding and a little bit of "paintina" patina touch up would look good too, to make its patina flow a little better;) but thats just my .02, carry on...I like it.

Would someone be so kind as to photoshop 37 Ford headlights in the fenders of this pickup in place of the current lights?
