Folks Of Interest It happened again - Keith Bush accident

I've lived here my whole life and lived in Pomona a short time and never heard it called P-town. It's called quite a bit of other names though....Nice '32, I'm sure it will be repaired again....

 

I don't know whether to be sad or angry or both......Prayers and God speed to healing man and car

 

My thoughts exactly, except I know I'm both sad and ANGRY Last year that happened to me on the day hurricane Irma came through town, Sept. 11th. Luckily I wasn't hurt, and I was in my pickup instead of either hot rod. The guy that hit me ran a red light, bounced off me and hit a light pole. And I was so pissed that I didn't ever even so much as get outta the truck to see if he and his passengers were hurt, as I knew myself well enough to know that I would prolly end up with my old worn out ass whipped or in jail Just sat in the truck and shook my fist at him

 

This sucks, but you have to know that it can and will happen if you really drive them.

 

This is why I think it is foolish for anyone to actually drive these unsafe old cars around. I always trailer my old cars to shows behind my truck with abs and airbags. Hopefully the government will realize how much safer self driving cars are in the near future and require everyone to drive them instead of depending on idiot drivers to not run red lights

I do hope for a speedy recovery for Keith and the car. Really hate to see something like that happen.

 

I just wonder if a cell phone was involved in the last accident?????...…..

 

Here where I live it is trucks! Tractor trailers, water trucks, sand trucks. All out of State driving left of center. I do not give them an inch so it is just a matter of time for me. When it happens they will need an ambulance and I will never quit screaming at the rescue people. As far as law enforcement, they are all paid off, even the State Police so a lawyer is all you could use to go after them. Best wishes to the car and prayers to the driver involved.

 

Portland Oregon, better known as Stumptown. Drove to Portland last weekend. Saw no less than 4 crazy close calls. It's getting bad out there.
