    I just think they evolved and the journey is just as beautiful as the final product...But I agree they do look wonderful unpolished with dirt in the crevices...​

    My guess is this is a game that was played at rod runs (when you actually had fun at shows, instead of sitting in a lawn chair, screaming obscenities at people for standing too close to your car).
    There was a pole set in a tire full of concrete with a weight in the middle of the rope attached to the car door.
    The person that could make a certain amount of laps around the pole in the shortest time without the weight touching the ground was the winner.
    Hope that made sense.

    Your quite an accomplished builder and have a style all your own...totally understand your pride in what you have done...what is unseen is pretty unreal too. Close ups would be awesome but the teasers are nice...;) @Frames add links to your builds as well it helps in locating your handiwork. Thanks Frames.​
