Yep it exist. First time I saw it was in hot rod magazine. look up gas bubble fury hot rod and you should find more pictures of it..

 

Some of the photos remind me of the old saying "show cars suck".

This one is /was a local car, cliff Hix built it. Don't know if it's still in the family or sold off. Heard it was "on the street" once but to uncontrollable. Ain't heard much about it in yrs.
