Seen this pic quite a few times but this is the first time iv,e seen it with someones cute little daughter standing by.

 

Thanks for posting all of these Studebaker photos! I posted a few on this site several years ago, would have to go back 2 or 3 thousand pages to find 'em. I enjoy seeing the old Studes though. I recently found an old bullet-nose '50 or '51 in a local junkyard. Not much left of it, sadly it is too far gone to try saving. It is RIP.

What's the story here?

 

If I remember right one driver passed away a couple of weeks later from his burns. I have more photos that I shot but I probably wont show them pretty graphic.

 

My guess would be that crane in the background dropped something on the car.
