I attended a show at Prescott AZ. Saturday, here are a couple of trucks; a fine looking '59 Jeep FC-150 with small block chev/running gear, the second is around a '40 Internatioal. The reason I shot so many pix of the Internatioal is because of the mechanics, sitting on the engine, trans hanging out the back and check out the shaft extending forward from the engine with the fan on it to reach the rear of the radiator. Yes, the International runs and drives.

  12. My Autocar was laid out very similar to that Binder. A tunnel forward from the engine (under the seat) to the radiator.

Is there a problem with this thread? Every time I click on a thumbnail they flash and don't enlarge. Also, a lot of pictures have X's in them. I'm on my home computer.

    Thanks, DoUg

Working here too. The ones with the red x are most likely pictures that were posted using Photobucket and those are gone. Shame to lose all those pictures.

Photobucket is still around and actually usable again. It is a shame some people deleted all their pictures on their.

Some shots from the Hot Rod Mag. / In & Out Burger 70th anniversary, 11/17/18 at Pomona. The red '38 Chevy COE won Best Chevy of Show (not truck but overall) WOW, 2,000 vehicles registered. A little steam punk thrown in. 24. I'd like to see a 38 Chevy COE, never seen one. Chev's first COE was 1939. But that red 46 was looking good. I would had liked to seen the motor kept under the cab though. The air intake would had made a good armrest.

While that Chevy is super nice... That Autocar is beyond incredible. No doubt WCSteve is still in a drooling coma! :D

    That’s a 41-46 Chevy .

  28. I have a hard time believing that was voted best Chevy overall. Must had been all Ford guys at that show? They would had been impressed with the front bumper, I'm sure...
