39 Dodge was a 1 1/2 ton. Built a frame, chopped and channeled, and eventually we found the baby hemi, made the tailgate from a dodge Dakota tailgate. DSCN3353.JPG

    Does a '57 Fargo count?

  5. On my way to the nearest town where I bank and shop for groceries are six different Dodge trucks no newer than a 55 V8 pickup. Another is a 54 one-ton V8 flatbed. The rest are Job Rated flatheads, and one is restored. None of the others have moved in years, maybe well over a decade. I can't seem to finish the 29 AA I've been working on since 1974, but if I hit the lottery, I'll be chatting with the owner of one of these Dodge trucks, particularly that 55. Would that be a baby hemi, a 331 or a poly?

We have a couple. Posted on a couple of other threads but worthy to include here. My son and I did a ’38 RC pickup. The other is my ’53 B-4-B panel.

I am glad to have a small contribution to your 1939. It's awesome to be able to help other HAMB'ers get parts that they need.

    Your trucks are awesome Gene!!!

    Is that a 1960? Or a 1958-1960 with a 1960 Grille? Awesome panel!

Mine is a 1950 B2B. Mostly original. Converted to 12V. Still has 218 L6 and 3 speed column shift. Have some speed parts I hope to install this winter. Edgy cylinder head, Offy dual 2bbl intake, Fenton style exhaust manifolds, and some dress up items. FB_IMG_1538593125887.jpeg

truck1.jpg truck2.jpg Ok, I'll play. This is a '54 Dodge C1B6. It is down to the frame currently and in a bunch of pieces. I'm going to put the 230 cu inch inline 6 with some speed goodies (speed goodies by definition only) back in it with a T5 transmission.

It's going to end up some sort of red and not the yellow which looks like it was painted with a push broom.

It's nice to be able to come out from the dark side!
