  11. Stogy, the spare tire was covered in red and white striped canvas as was the top insert. The body color is red and white. Thanx for liking my rig.

I've been trying to think of a situation where that would be better than four wheels. All I can come up with is if you only had two wheels. Then why not a motorcycle? Maybe he started with four legs and is transitioning to four wheels. :D

I'd like to see the winter version with skis on front and snow shoes on the back. The whole front looks like Model T stuff. This is definitely not a "Homogenized Hotrod".

    That was probably an option...:D
Honestly its typical of the genius that is largely archived in the patents of the past. Many were poo poo'd off into you gotta be kidding land and airbags was one of them...even independent suspension and coil springs were around very early in the evolution. To early for their time.

While this main featured Jalopy is typical of the awesome racers that they were I am always peering into the backgrounds for what everyone is up to and driving.

There is one racer in the background that appears to have a flip front end. I am not remotely close to knowing when things evolved but that is a pretty early version of something that became a popular thing to do to Hotrods and Racers.

    Opinions welcome.
