Somewhere in Australia late 60's early 70's. The building has a sign that says Newell ServiceCenter so on the Newell highway that runs through New South Wales and Victoria. The Ford Crown Victoria is right hand drive and behind it is a 68-70 Holden Monaro (now worth $250,000+) and I see a panel truck to the right with Custom City on the side. On the right of the open hood on the Victoria is the front of a 64 Holden EH.
