Fan Attic; You may be correct after studying you post on the Green Chevy coupe it appears to be more like it.

Pretty sure this Fisher coupe body is a Chrysler 4 cyl model 50 or 58 from 1925-27. The large hole in the centre of the firewall with 3 even spaced small holes is to mount the coil, which fitted thru the firewall. Also Chrysler 4's had that strange oblong damper bolted to the lower left side of the firewall, the link attached to it bolted to a rear head stud, Viv.

  4. Thanks Viv, the length of the cowl, size of the vent and depth of the sail panels, among other things sure make that seem correct. Now if I could only remember where it was!

Still trying to keep this thread on track....I like this thread and enjoy the sitting and rotting photos, but it seems like it has become a private messenger sometimes.

Found this chopped Buick full custom in a junkyard about 25 years ago just across from the Toledo Airport. It's long gone now. The place was full of Wild Hogs roaming around in packs, it was kind of crazy. The car was probably very high-quality when it was fresh. Yard owner said they drove it in but it caught fire from Sparks of a nearby cutting torch years before. He fought the car came from Detroit area. 20190119_211815.jpg

    I think that's a Fiat...maybe early 60s 1100?
I don't know much about Fiat...but I would check it over. Shame to let it rot!

  23. Not to sure about FIAT. might be an Eastern European 2 stroke thing but not a Trabant. Could be Gogomobile. Whatever it is it,s a micro-car collector item. Get it first and flip it after doing your internet homework.

  28. It's been done, well it's Big Block Chevy powered. Google Vespa car and scroll down a little ways and you'll see it. Lots of pictures.
