Note the sign in the window of the Chevy Suburban begging NHRA to keep the Top Gas Dragster cl*** in 1970. They did, but eliminated the cl*** after the Super Nationals at Ontario, CA in 1971. The final car to ever win Top Gas was Jim Bucher's twin engine Chevy Dragster...
