Technical Perch pin bolts - torque settings

Is there a recommended torque setting for perch pin bolts going in to a 32 axle. It is set up Rolling Bones style - so the spring mountings have been cut off.

To my knowledge there's no specific torque for perch bolts. Just make them very tight.

 

There are charts online for torque value by bolt size and pitch which should be a good guide. Phil

When I did my car I thought there was a torque in the old motors manual I have. 125 ft lbs comes to mind because I remember some people saying like 200 ft lbs which I think is way too high.

I thought that would be the case. I'm using castle nuts and the pins are being drilled for a split pin.
