They are from Argentina, not Mexico !!
I follow them on youtube. They are now building an A roadster. Really nice guys.

A couple of things I found amusing..... The beginning of the video opens with shots of the dreaded Mustang and the comment about Argentina being way more European in nature may have been why a few wanderlust Germans decided to move there after WWII. LOL
I know boy my and my wife's parents thought about moving to SA, particularily Brazil, in the late '50s and early '60s.
